For Individuals

Coaching After Diagnosis & Other Life Changes

Life has a way of bringing changes we never quite expected – some exciting, some overwhelming and some that leave us re-thinking everything. A diagnosis, a shift in work or retirement, changes in relationships or simply a sense that life isn’t quite fitting anymore.

Coaching offers you a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect and find your way forward. With warmth, humour and clear-sighted questions, I’ll walk alongside you as you explore what matters most, reconnect with your strengths and shape a future you can truly believe in.

“When you can’t change your situation, it’s time to change yourself” Jane

Coaching with me helps you to recognise and become familiar with your own thoughts feelings and beliefs and to learn ways to manage these to give you more choice & control and freedom in your life.

Coaching with me can help you to manage physical, emotional or psychological symptoms, finding meaning, life purpose or goals and your personal challenges, learn tools/ skills & techniques to manage difficult thoughts and feelings and create a new and powerful positive direction in your life.

Whether you are navigating a life-changing or life-limiting diagnosis, adjusting to retirement, exploring career goals or wanting to feel more at home in yourself and your relationships – you don’t have to do it alone.

I have a particular passion and specialism helping individuals navigate the emotional and identity shifts that often accompany diagnosis, caregiving, grief and major life change.

I help you reconnect with yourself after life has shifted unexpectedly. Sometimes that means creating practical strategies for coping. Sometimes it means offering reflective space where you can finally speak openly about fears you have been carrying quietly for months or years.

Advance Care Planning

Taking time to think about what matters most to you and how you would want to be supported if circumstances changed.

Advance care planning isn't just about planning for the end of life. At its heart, it's about taking time to think about what matters most to you, what's important in your life, and how you would want to be supported if circumstances changed.

Part of my work with people living with a life-limiting diagnosis, I offer advance care planning conversations, helping you explore your wishes, values and priorities in a way that feels personal rather than clinical.

I am happy to have these conversations with anyone who wants to think ahead. You don't have to be dying to talk about what matters most.

In fact, many people find that having these conversations earlier brings greater clarity, reassurance and confidence for themselves and for the people closest to them.

Whether the outcome is simply a meaningful conversation or the completion of an Advance Care Plan, the focus is always on creating a safe, supportive space to reflect, ask questions and make informed choices.

Death Cafés

Join Jane in a supportive calm space, find comfort and reassurance

These gatherings are not about providing solutions to grief or fear around mortality. They are about creating honest conversation and reminding people that thoughts about death, change and meaning do not need to be hidden away.

The café is about creating more human spaces in everyday life. Spaces where you can feel heard, supported and less isolated in experiences that are often deeply personal and difficult to articulate. Death café is not a counselling group, bereavement or support group, simply an opportunity to explore ideas, thoughts, experiences & expectations around death, life and things in-between. FREE to attend and everyone is welcome to join the conversation.
