CONTACT ME to book a FREE introductory call to get to know each other and find out how we might work together.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone.
A free discovery call gives us the chance to get to know each other in a relaxed, no-obligation conversation. It's an opportunity for you to share what's been happening, what's important to you, and what you hope to achieve.
This is your time, your journey, and your opportunity to discover how coaching can support you in moving forward with confidence.
"
"Following my coaching experience I feel inspired and equipped to achieve my goals which I previously thought were unachievable, I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to have received tailored support."
"
"It was a great process to go through, the course really has empowered me and enabled me to go forward in life with a stronger perspective."
Advance care planning isn't just about planning for the end of life. At its heart, it's about taking time to think about what matters most to you, what's important in your life, and how you would want to be supported if circumstances changed.
Part of my work with people living with a life-limiting diagnosis, I offer advance care planning conversations, helping you explore your wishes, values and priorities in a way that feels personal rather than clinical.
I am happy to have these conversations with anyone who wants to think ahead. You don't have to be dying to talk about what matters most.
In fact, many people find that having these conversations earlier brings greater clarity, reassurance and confidence for themselves and for the people closest to them.
Whether the outcome is simply a meaningful conversation or the completion of an Advance Care Plan, the focus is always on creating a safe, supportive space to reflect, ask questions and make informed choices.
Let's have a chat

These gatherings are not about providing solutions to grief or fear around mortality. They are about creating honest conversation and reminding people that thoughts about death, change and meaning do not need to be hidden away.
The café is about creating more human spaces in everyday life. Spaces where you can feel heard, supported and less isolated in experiences that are often deeply personal and difficult to articulate. Death café is not a counselling group, bereavement or support group, simply an opportunity to explore ideas, thoughts, experiences & expectations around death, life and things in-between. FREE to attend and everyone is welcome to join the conversation.
